Tips for taking good care of your sports kit
1. To machine-wash your skirt, use a delicate cycle (short programme, low temperature and gentle spin).

If you prefer to wash it by hand, add half a cap of mild detergent to three litres of lukewarm water (do not use fabric softener); rub it gently and line dry if possible.
