What is this tool used for?
The bottom bracket remover is used to remove the bottom bracket from the frame.It is essential for replacing or repairing this part of the bike.
What tool to use:
Can be used with a 1⁄2 socket, with a 24 mm open-end or adjustable wrench.
Compatibility:
Compatible with 20-spline bottom brackets with a diameter of 32 mm, commonly found on many cartridge bottom brackets, including Shimano®, Truvativ®, Race Face®, FSA® and others.
Also suitable for certain bottom bracket locknuts, including certain Race Face® models.
Designed for oversized axles, such as those used with ISIS Drive and Octalink® cranksets.
