This marine collagen water dilutes in water or the drink of your choice.Mix 10g, the measure of the spoon provided, in your coffee, tea or other hot or cold drink, each day.The collagen's neutral flavour does not affect the taste of your drink.Collagen doesn't mix well with fruit juice.We've tested it and it's lumpy.So our team has not approved this combination.Consume as part of a healthy, varied and balanced diet.
