Have you chosen the right mat?
At 10 mm thick, this mat gives you a good level of comfort for low-impact workouts or Pilates. If your joints are very fragile, you may need a thicker mat.
Our tips for making your Pilates mat last!
- Never wear shoes for your workouts on this mat
- Clean the mat with a cloth and soapy water
- Always leave it to dry before rolling it up
- Store it in a dry place at room temperature
- Do not leave it within reach of pets: cats have been known to enjoy scratching it!
