Why train your proprioception and balance?
Proprioception is your sense of your body's movement and positioning. It uses numerous receptors that tell your brain what position your various body parts are in. It therefore affects balance and reflexes. By doing regular exercise to improve your proprioception, you'll also improve your mobility.
Why use the resistance bands?
Strong, toned arms will enable you to do everyday tasks more easily.
