Design details
WHY CAN YOU HAVE CONFIDENCE IN THE KNEE PADS?
Our protective futsal gear complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on personal protective equipment. This is achieved through shock absorption tests, including impact tests conducted in accordance with the EN 15613 standard as it applies to indoor sports and tests to ensure the knee pads fit correctly.
The knee pads were designed with an asymmetric fit (left and right) to protect the inside of the knee as players move.
Product tests on futsal pitches
A team of passionate inpiduals dedicated to our futsal products is based at Kipstadium, a site in Northern France with a variety of courts. These Decathlon men and women design and create products and services exclusively for this sport. These knee pads have been tested and validated by a group of professional futsal goalkeepers, including Djamel Haroun, captain and goalkeeper of the French national futsal team.
