Tips on how to care for your sports clothing
"1. After your match, put your dirty garment straight in the wash or if you can't wash it immediately, put it outside to dry
2. If you opt for a machine wash, it's best to choose a programme at 30°C maximum and to wash your clothes inside out
3. If you prefer to wash the garment by hand, use 2 L of warm water with half a capful of mild detergent, without fabric softener; rub it gently and line dry if possible.
