Design details
Swimrun
Swimrun is an outdoor sport that combines running and open water swimming. It is mainly done in teams of 2 and consists of several alternating stages of the two disciplines over varying distances.

A whistle is generally obligatory in Swimrun races to be able to alert someone if a problem occurs. Keep your whistle very accessible during the race.
