Design details
LEVEL OF PROTECTION
This wide, impact-resistant mudguard stops mud getting sprayed onto mountain bikers' lower backs and bums.
Place the mudguard's blade as close as you can (2 to 3 cm) from the wheel.
You can't completely avoid muddy splatters when it's damp...
But for getting from A to B, if your bike's frame and your tyre width allow, we recommend using a hybrid bike mudguard (with longer blades that are closer to the wheels).
Bike compatibility
This mudguard fits all 26" to 29" mountain bikes, with tyres up to 2.8" wide in 27.5", and 2.6" wide in 29".
To ensure a good fit, the diameter of the seat post must be between 25.4 and 34.9 mm.
BOX CONTENTS
The mudguard comes fully assembled and ready to be mounted, no matter the diameter of your seat post.
A MODERN, EFFICIENT DESIGN
Designed to fit all the new wheel and tyre sizes on the market, and with a bold design, our mudguard gives your bike a modern, dynamic look.
Everything has been designed to give you the best experience:
- A reliable screw-on bracket that holds the mudguard in the same position each time
- An easy system to clip the blade onto and take it off your bike depending on the weather
- "Fuse" arm to stop it breaking
- Compatibility with accessories (camera, lights)
Compatible Accessories
In dry weather, when there's no rain and mud about, you can unclip the blade from the bracket and clip a sports camera on instead. The camera must be compatible with the GoPro bracket system.
To keep you safe when riding early in the morning or late at night, there's a rail at the end of the blade that you can clip a CL 100, CL 500, CL 900, ST 500 or RL 510 LED rear light to.
