How do you properly prepare this freeze-dried mushroom risotto?
Your risotto in three steps:
1. Open the bag and bring the two ends together until they touch.
2. Pour 150 ml of hot water (level 4), mix, close the zip.
3. Wait for 9 minutes, open the bag again, mix and enjoy.

For a tasty preparation, fill the bag up to level 4, with 150 ml of boiling water.
What are the tips for preparing freeze-dried meals?
For a tasty meal, use very hot water: the hotter it is, the better it rehydrates. If your water is not boiling, leave to rest for a few minutes longer. Don’t forget to mix well to properly rehydrate the full contents. Bon appétit!
